Return Policy

Thank you for your order and for your support of Toluca Swim!  We are sorry you were not completely happy with your purchase. 

 

Please read our policy in full and start your return or exchange at the bottom of this page if you live in the US:

*Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic and CDC guidelines please allow additional processing time for your return or exchange*

  • Please try on all swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons
  • We offer FREE domestic returns & exchanges (Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges to Canada, the flat rate is $20.00 CAD) 
  • Items must be postmarked for return within 30 days of delivery of order
  • Care tags, and size tag must be fully intact
  • If the hang tag is detached, please include in return package
  • Items can be subject for denial if they do not meet these standards
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your package to be processed once it reaches our warehouse
  • Original shipping will not be refunded when requesting a refund
  • We can only exchange for same style items from the same collection 
  • If we cannot fulfill your exchange request you will automatically be refunded (we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee due to limited inventory) 
  • If stock is not available for exchange request, we cannot send original item back to customer
  • If purchase was made with part gift card, part credit card, the refund will go to the gift card first
  • If reaching out about potential defects in your garment after 30 days from purchase date, the garment will be considered “wear and tear” and will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit
  • Refund amount may take 7-10 business days to show in your bank account
  • If the original order qualified for free item, then the free item must also be returned

 

We stand behind our quality promise. If you feel that you are experiencing a manufacturing issue, please submit an email to support@tolucaswim.com and include your order number, item name, color and size of the item, as well as photos of the issue you’re experiencing. While we stand behind our quality promise, Toluca Swim is not responsible for issues due to external forces.

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. Items will not be replaced or refunded if sent to an incorrectly entered address.

 

ITEM CAN BE DENIED RETURN FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

  • Deodorant marks
  • Excessive wrinkling
  • Detached size/wash & care tags (not hang tags)
  • Animal/human hair
  • Lingering odor, such as smoke, cologne, or detergent
  • Any visible wear or damage
  • External forces (damage from animals, etc.)
